We are seeking a Workplace Technology Lead to deliver exceptional end-user technology support across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, collaboration platforms and emerging AI productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot. In this hands on leadership role, you will act as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues, drive continuous improvement across workplace technology services and help shape a modern, secure and highly productive digital workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the delivery of end-user technology services across desktop, mobile, Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms and workplace technology solutions.
- Provide expert support for Microsoft 365 applications.
- Support the adoption and effective use of AI productivity tools, while promoting safe and responsible use practices.
- Oversee endpoint and device management activities.
- Manage incidents, service requests and problem resolution processes in line with service delivery standards and SLAs.
- Work closely with infrastructure, cyber security and application teams to diagnose, resolve and escalate issues.
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Workplace Technology Analysts, ensuring consistent service standards and a strong focus on user experience.
- Coordinate team workloads, priorities and ticket management to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the reliability, usability and effectiveness of workplace technology services.
- Manage relationships with key technology vendors and service providers, supporting performance reviews, contract renewals and service improvements.
- Contribute to technology governance, process improvement, documentation and workplace technology audits.
About You
- 6+ years’ experience in workplace technology, desktop support or digital workplace environments.
- Demonstrated experience resolving complex technical issues across multiple domains.
- Strong Microsoft 365 expertise across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Outlook.
- Experience supporting AI-enabled workplace tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
- Proven leadership experience mentoring or coordinating support teams.
- Knowledge of Azure, ITIL/ITSM and modern service management practices.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications highly regarded.
