About the Opportunity… At Super Retail Group, our purpose is to inspire and equip everyone to live their passion every day! In this newly created position, you will partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to create sustainable pathways for people with disability and First Nations peoples, driving meaningful inclusion and organisational change.
What You'll Be Doing

Inclusive Workforce Strategy & Program Delivery – Design and embed an enterprise-wide Inclusive Employment Pathways Program that creates sustainable access to employment for people with disability and First Nations peoples.

Capability Building & Change – Build inclusive leadership capability through training, coaching, tools, and behavioural change initiatives across the business.

Partnerships & Talent Pipelines – Develop strategic partnerships and talent pathways that attract, support, and grow diverse talent pools.

Workplace Adjustments & Accessibility – Establish consistent workplace adjustment practices and accessibility support that enable team members to thrive.

Onboarding, Retention & Support – Embed inclusive onboarding and support frameworks that improve employee experience, retention, and long-term success.

Governance, Insights & Continuous Improvement – Drive program governance, measurement, reporting, and continuous improvement to ensure sustainable outcomes and business impact.
About You…You'll bring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery experience, along with a genuine passion for creating inclusive workplaces.

Program Design & Delivery – Demonstrated experience designing and implementing large-scale workforce, talent, or organisational development programs. Experience in delivering similar program, highly regarded.

Talent Acquisition & Inclusive Recruitment – Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment practices, inclusive hiring principles, and candidate experience.

Strategy to Execution – Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into practical frameworks, processes, and sustainable business outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement & Influence – Exceptional ability to build trusted relationships and influence leaders across multiple levels of the organisation.

Partnership Development – Experience establishing and managing external partnerships, community relationships, and talent pipeline initiatives.

Capability Building & Change Leadership – Skilled in facilitating learning, developing capability, and driving behavioural change across diverse stakeholder groups.

Governance, Risk & Measurement – Experience establishing governance frameworks, managing compliance requirements, and measuring program success through meaningful insights.

Communication & Commercial Acumen – Strong written, verbal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate effectively in complex organisational environments.
