This is a rare opportunity to step into a Head Concierge role at a premium IFM Investors asset, where exceptional service, relationships and experience truly matter. You’ll be the face of the building, setting the tone from the lobby, building strong tenant relationships and delivering a polished, memorable experience every day.
Your responsibilities:
Act as the face of the building, delivering a warm, professional and personalised welcome
Build strong relationships with tenants, owners and key stakeholders
Lead day‑to‑day concierge and lobby operations
Manage visitor arrivals, access passes and front‑of‑house processes
Take ownership of the conferencing centre experience, from bookings to set‑ups
Support activations, events and customer experience initiatives
Handle enquiries and issues with confidence, discretion and efficiency
Manage the buildings flexible event and meeting spaces, ensuring best in class service is delivered to both tenant partners and external customers.
About you:
Background in hotels, luxury hospitality, concierge or premium front‑of‑house roles
Naturally service‑driven with a strong eye for detail
Confident, polished and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders
Organised, calm under pressure and solutions‑focused
Enjoys being hands‑on and visible in the building
Comfortable using systems and basic AV / technology
