AZWA Group is looking for a reliable and organised Project Administrator to join our team on a casual, part-time basis, with the opportunity to move into a full-time position in the future.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, organisation, and working with people. Previous property development experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting with property development projects and day-to-day administration.
- Maintaining project trackers, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
- Liaising with solicitors, consultants, sales agents, and other stakeholders.
- Updating buyer and contract records.
- Assisting with basic property research and feasibility assessments (training provided).
- Preparing reports and project summaries.
- Managing emails and general office administration.
- Attending meetings and taking notes where required.
- Assisting directors with various project-related tasks.
What We're Looking For
