Homart Group is a leading Australian company specialising in the development, manufacturing and global marketing of high-quality, Australian-made health supplements, skincare, functional dairy, and pet supplements.
We are now seeking a data-driven and strategically minded Digital Marketing Specialist to own, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for Homart’s retail brands. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and hands-on execution, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and e-commerce sales growth.
You will manage multi-channel campaigns, optimize our digital touchpoints, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external retail partners to maximize ROI and future-proof our digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and sales growth.
- Paid Media & Performance Marketing: Plan, implement, and monitor paid campaigns across SEM (Google Ads), paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), and display networks to optimize CPA and ROAS.
- SEO & Content Optimization: Lead SEO strategies, optimizing on-page and technical website content to improve organic rankings, domain authority, and high-intent traffic.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Audit digital assets and map customer journeys to recommend and execute UX/UI enhancements, ensuring an optimized path to purchase.
- Retailer & E-commerce Integration: Partner with National Account Managers and external retail/agency platforms to align digital activations, optimize retailer e-commerce performance, and streamline the shopper journey.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and deliver actionable insights and reports to continuously refine strategies.
- A/B Testing & Innovation: Lead robust testing frameworks (ad creatives, copy, landing pages) to constantly improve campaign efficiency.
- Budget & Compliance: Manage the digital marketing budget efficiently while ensuring all campaigns comply with relevant digital privacy laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Team Upskilling & Collaboration: Act as the internal digital subject matter expert, collaborating with design and content teams while upskilling internal stakeholders on digital best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of client-side digital marketing experience with a proven track record of both strategic planning and hands-on execution. (Experience in the OTC pharmaceutical, wellness, or FMCG sectors is highly regarded).
- E-Commerce Expertise: Strong experience with Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) platforms and navigating retailer e-commerce ecosystems.
- Technical Savvy: High proficiency with analytical tools (GA4, Looker Studio), social listening tools, and Content Management Systems (CMS) like Shopify or WordPress.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data literacy with the ability to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable growth strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills with experience managing agency partners and collaborating across internal departments.
- Project & Budget Management: Proven ability to manage multi-channel budgets efficiently and run multiple marketing projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
