The Opportunity
As a business-side functional expert you will be responsible for optimising operational processes and systems to improve service delivery, data quality, reporting and user experience across Brightwater’s clinical and client management platforms. We are offering a permanent, full-time position based at our state-of-the-art premises in Inglewood, with the opportunity to grow the role beyond its current platform portfolio.
In the position of Business Improvement Analyst you will focus on delivering measurable outcomes and advocating improvements for operational teams, clients, and the broader organisation. Encompassing future digital tools adopted by Brightwater, you will establish an enduring operational systems capability that supports continuous improvement, business process ownership and organisational requirements.

What you’ll bring
- Previous experience in a similar role with demonstrated skills with configuring client management systems (ideally AlayaCare or comparable platforms), with a focus on improving operational outcomes.
- Strong understanding of operational workflows, client journeys, funding requirements, and compliance obligations in aged care, disability, or community services (CHSP, Support at Home, NDIS).
- Demonstrated ability to translate operational business requirements into system configuration, automated workflows, test case development and UAT and practical process improvements.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in data quality management, operational reporting, and the development of dashboards or business intelligence outputs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the proven ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence process change.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, work with a high degree of autonomy, and deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes in a complex operational environment.
- High level of attention to detail and a genuine commitment to data integrity, system governance, and continuous improvement.
- Relevant qualifications in Business or Information’s Systems desirable.
- A satisfactory National Police Clearance issued within the past 12 months.
- A current valid WA driver’s licence.
