As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will support the Branch Manager in driving team development, business performance, and enhancing member experience. Your success will be defined by how well you develop people, embed a positive culture, and connect with the community.
Key responsibilities include:
• Inspiring and leading our passionate and skilled team
• Fostering a culture of accountability, growth & collaboration
• Supporting branch performance, aligning with broader strategic goals
• Mentoring and coaching team members to reach their full potential and deliver exceptional service by providing structured coaching and feedback
• Drive member retention, acquisition, and referral outcomes
• Working with the Branch Manager to identify business development opportunities within the community
• Strengthening People First Bank’s presence and reputation through local engagement and partnerships.
