This opportunity is suited to an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong capital markets knowledge, particularly across derivatives products, clearing, risk management and back-office processes.

Lead discovery and deep-dive analysis of current derivatives clearing and risk management processes.

Assess new concepts against existing systems, workflows and procedures.

Gather and analyse functional and non-functional requirements from an end-to-end perspective.

Facilitate workshops with Product Owners, developers, testers, vendors and business stakeholders.

Document current-state and future-state processes and perform detailed gap analysis.

Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications and delivery artefacts.

Support backlog refinement, prioritisation and solution evaluation.

Contribute to new trade processes, trading-platform risk interfaces and regulatory reporting enhancements.

Support integration testing, UAT planning and execution, and post-implementation hypercare.

Act as an engaged and influential member of the broader markets transformation team.

More than five years of Business Analysis experience within capital markets.

Strong knowledge of derivatives products, particularly interest rate derivatives and fixed-income instruments.

Experience with clearing, risk management or back-office processes.

Proven capability in requirements elicitation, process mapping, stakeholder management and documentation.

Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and delivery artefacts.

Strong Agile delivery experience, including user story development, acceptance criteria, backlog refinement and UAT support.

Excellent workshop facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.

The ability to prioritise effectively and deliver within a fast-paced transformation environment.

A customer-focused approach, ensuring solutions meet the needs of internal and external users.

Experience working with a central bank or central clearing house.

Knowledge of digital banking, financial services or large enterprise platforms.

Techno-functional experience or an understanding of databases, Java, XML and application-server log analysis.

CFA, FRM or relevant Business Analysis certification.
