The Opportunity
We are seeking a Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive environment while developing or furthering your clinical skills in the NDIS and support space.
In this role, you will:
- Work collaboratively with participants, families, and support teams
- Apply person-centred and trauma-informed approaches to practice
- Complete high-quality reports and documentation
- Deliver psychoeducation and behavioural strategies
- Participate in supervision (if needed), reflective practice, and ongoing professional development
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Registered Psychologist (AHPRA) or Provisional Psychologist working toward full registration
- Passionate about working within the disability and NDIS sector
- Values-driven, empathetic, and committed to person-centred practice
- A strong communicator with well-developed (or developing) report writing skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Organised, proactive, and motivated to learn
Bonus (Highly Regarded):
- NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner suitability (core/proficient/advanced) or working toward suitability
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments and collect relevant data
- Develop and/or support behaviour support plans in line with NDIS requirements

Screening & Compliance Requirements
All applicants must have (or be willing to obtain prior to commencement):
- AHPRA registration (Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist)
- First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Check
- Working rights in Australia
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Modules
- Working With Children's Check (Employment)
Pay: $85,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
