What You'll Do
- Generate and secure new business opportunities
- Manage and grow existing client accounts
- Build strong, lasting client relationships
- Work closely with recruitment teams to deliver workforce solutions
- Achieve sales and account growth targets
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of sales, account management, recruitment, or staffing experience
- Knowledge of WHS (Work Health & Safety) requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and client-focused
- Own laptop and mobile phone
- Reliable vehicle and current driver's licence
- Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle
