Northern Supports is a family-run independent NDIS provider supporting participants across Wangaratta, Benalla, Yarrawonga and surrounding areas. We are looking for caring, reliable and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team.
About the Role
You will provide one-on-one support to NDIS participants both in the community and at our new HOME HUB, helping people build independence, confidence and meaningful connections.
Duties include:
- Community access and social support
- Personal care (where required)
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Meal preparation and cooking
- Arts and crafts
- Budgeting and shopping
- Gardening and outdoor activities
- Supporting participants at our HOME HUB
- Documentation and progress notes
About You
You are:
- Compassionate and reliable
- Able to work independently
- A great communicator
- Passionate about supporting people to achieve their goals
Essential Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Current Driver Licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Smartphone
- Australian working rights
