Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an Investigations Case Manager for an immediate start, to work within our established team based at our South Australian office in Adelaide.
This is an integral role in the operations of the factual investigations division and requires the successful candidate to have an understanding of the insurance industry.
Day to day role responsibilities include:
- Updating our valued clients on the progress of factual investigations;
- Assisting investigators with field enquiries and case administration;
- General insurance investigations support;
- Coordinating travel bookings and preparing external information requests;
- Drafting correspondence for internal and external distribution;
- Skip traces & witness location support.

This is a full time, permanent role.
About You:
- Mandatory - excellent customer service focus and client-centred approach;
- Mandatory - intermediate to strong computer skills (Microsoft Office);
- Experience, exposure and/or an interest within a relevant industry (insurance, investigations or legal);
- Scheduling and appointment setting experience is highly desirable;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills;
- Ability to thrive under pressure;
- Have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
