We’re looking for an experienced Structural engineer who wants to lead, influence and make a real impact, on projects, clients and people.
The consultancy has a strong focus on architecturally driven project with a focus on high-end residential design, Heritage and event design. The role would suit someone who enjoys leading technically challenging projects, and being a leader of a team.
As an Associate/Team Leader, you’ll play a key leadership role, working closely with our Directors and Senior Associates to grow our teams, strengthen client relationships and continue developing the technical philosophy that sets us apart.

You’ll bring:
- A Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) or equivalent qualification.
- Chartered membership
- Professional Engineer registration.
- 7+ years’ engineering/design experience.
- Experience managing a team..
- Strong technical capability within your area of specialisation, with an appreciation of multidisciplinary engineering.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and an interest in business development.
- The confidence to have difficult conversations, navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions.
