About the roles
This is a great opportunity to join the Vogue Café team in this exciting new opening coming to the World Class Darling Harbour waterfront precinct. We are open for Breakfast - Brunch - Lunch - High Tea - Dinner - Bar services. We are looking for outstanding candidates with versatility and different skill set which can support our operation.
We are looking for the below positions across the venue:
CDP Chef with 1-2 year experience in a similar role in a fast paced restaurant. Good english communication skill is a must (Also looking for Sous Chef role).
The role involves:
- Assisting in the daily operations of the kitchen
- Design seasonal menus around available, seasonal ingredients to maximize flavour and reduce costs
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation
- Providing leadership, mentorship, and hands-on support during service
About You
- Certificate IV in commercial cookery/ kitchen management is essential
- At least 3 years’ experience in busy kitchen environment
- Confident managing workflow, organisation and high daily output
- Calm, reliable and comfortable working within structured systems
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Full working rights and currently living in Sydney
- Keen for stability, routine and long-term growth within a major hospitality group
