Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 + performance-based bonuses
Reporting to the Director, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to clients, supporting them throughout their journey toward improved health and wellbeing while upholding our core values: Care, Excellence, Collaboration, and Growth.
We are currently seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our fast-growing team.
In this role, you will assess, treat, and help prevent functional challenges arising from injury, illness, disability, or ageing, with a focus on improving independence, mobility, and quality of life. You will independently manage a varied caseload, including NDIS participants, private clients, DVA, WorkCover, and EPC referrals.

What you bring:
-Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy
-Current AHPRA registration
-Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a registered Occupational Therapist, including at least 1 year in private practice
-Strong understanding of the rights and needs of people with disabilities
-Valid driver’s license
-Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
