Competitive remuneration package on offer
This is not your typical HR role.
At City of Playford, Human Resources is more than policies, procedures, and compliance. We are trusted advisors who help leaders make some of the most important decisions they will ever make about their people.
As one of South Australia’s largest and fastest-growing councils, the work we do directly impacts the lives of our employees, our community, and the future of our city.
Why this role matters
As a Human Resources Partner, you will work alongside leaders across our diverse organisation of almost 500 employees, supporting teams that deliver everything from community services and frontline operations to corporate and executive functions. You’ll enjoy being part of a welcoming and supportive team of HR professionals and work closely with colleagues from work health and safety, injury management, learning and development to provide a cohesive, valuable service to internal stakeholders.
Your considered and contemporary advice will help managers build capable, engaged, and sustainable teams across the employee lifecycle, from workforce planning and recruitment through to performance, development, talent management, and organisational change.
