SCR Concrete is hiring an experienced Leading Hand Concretor to run driveway projects across the Southern Highlands and Camden area.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead a team of concretors on-site
- Work hands-on with the crew (on the tools)
- Run driveway projects from start to finish
- Quality control on site
- Coordinate daily site operations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 5+ years concrete finishing experience with driveways (essential)
- Leading hand or foreman background
- Strong team leadership skills
- White Card + relevant trade certifications
- Full driver's licence
- Based in Southern Highlands or Camden area
- Hands-on, reliable, quality-focused
