We are seeking a passionate and proactive Occupational Health Specialist to join our collaborative and highly capableEnvironmental Health & Safety (EHS) team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the health, safety, and wellbeing of our employees across our Manufacturing Plant based at Old Toongabbie, Sydney.
As our Occupational Health Specialist, you will partner closely with EHS and business leaders to deliver comprehensive occupational health, injury management, rehabilitation, and wellbeing programs. You'll be at the forefront of promoting a safe and healthy workplace, while helping employees successfully return to work following injury or illness.
This is a hands-on role that combines your clinical expertise with practical experience in workers' compensation, injury management, and workplace rehabilitation. You'll also support the operation of our onsite Health Centre, provide first aid support where required, and contribute to the delivery of a range of corporate wellness initiatives.
You are a compassionate and solutions-focused health professional who enjoys building relationships andinjuryprevention helpingpeople navigate their recovery journey. You bring strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
