This role is for a Speech Pathologist who enjoys working across a broad range of paediatric communication and developmental needs within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
You’ll work with children and families across areas such as speech, language, early communication and social communication, with opportunities to develop your caseload around your clinical interests and career goals.
You’ll also have access to a large Speech Pathology team with clinicians who have developed expertise across areas including AAC, feeding, early intervention, social communication and stuttering. Whether you’re early in your career or an experienced clinician, we’ll support you to continue building your skills and developing areas of special interest.
- Assess children with a range of communication needs
- Develop and deliver individualised, evidence-based intervention
- Work with children and families to achieve meaningful, functional outcomes
- Monitor progress and adapt intervention based on each child’s needs
- Collaborate with Speech Pathologists and our broader multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
- Degree in Speech Pathology
- Certified Practising Speech Pathologist with Speech Pathology Australia, or eligible for certification
- An interest in working with children and families in a paediatric setting
