Foamland is a is a proudly Tasmanian owned and operated business supplying the furnishing industry at a retail and wholesale level with stores in Launceston and Hobart .
We have a full time position available for a Foam Cutter in our Launceston store.
This is a hands on position. You will need to meet the following criteria:
● Must have thorough and accurate understanding of measurement.
● Have good organisational skills, time management and the ability to prioritise work.
● Be motivated and have the ability to work unsupervised.
● Some computer skills will be an advantage.
● You will need to be physically fit as some heavy lifting will be required.
The job is multi tasked and will involve cutting foam, preparing orders, general warehouse duties, and communicating with trade customers.
A knowledge of foam products is not essential as training will be provided.
