Additional information:
- These roles are permanent, part- time 60 hours per/fortnight.
- You must have the availability to work Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm. As operational needs evolve, there may be a future requirement to work weekend shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- As part of the recruitment process this role requires a pre-employment check, which includes a medical assessment.

Team vision (text) As a Fulfilment & Replenishment Operations Co-worker, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Performing core operational processes within your assigned area using IKEA systems, tools and working methods to support efficient operations and data accuracy.
- Contributing to the highest possible goods availability through the accurate and timely execution of replenishment and fulfilment activities.
- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders safely and accurately to meet agreed operational and customer service standards.
- Replenishing stock and supporting inventory accuracy to ensure products are available for customers across all fulfilment channels.
- Working in a lean, simple and cost-conscious way while actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the operation.
- Following IKEA's health, safety, security and quality requirements and actively supporting a safe working environment for co-workers, customers, equipment and products.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the business to support seamless fulfilment processes and deliver an excellent customer experience.
