About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Administrator to join our Manufacturing team. Supporting the Manufacturing Project Management operations, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are accurately processed, documented, and delivered efficiently from order through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Process project documentation including order acknowledgements, drawings, and technical data
- Coordinate project setup, including creation of folders and release to Planning
- Support Concept Express orders and ensure timely processing
- Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and archiving
- Assist with reporting, data management, and retrieval of technical information
- Respond to internal and customer queries in a timely, professional manner
About You
You are highly organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. You enjoy working collaboratively and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
Skills & Experience
- Previous administrative experience in a PMO, manufacturing, or operations environment
- Strong experience with ERP systems and document control processes
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting scheduling, reporting, or planning activities
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Understanding of manufacturing workflows (desirable)
