About the role
Provide advanced nursing education leadership within Internal Medicine, with a specific focus on Cardiology and Thoracic Medicine services at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital. This role is responsible for the design, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of education and professional development programs that support nursing capability, workforce development, and the delivery of high-quality patient care.
You will work collaboratively with nursing and multidisciplinary teams to create an evidence-based learning environment, support clinical excellence, and facilitate ongoing professional development. The role provides expert educational guidance and leadership while contributing to workforce capability, practice development, and the achievement of organisational goals across Internal Medicine and Emergency Services.
