Property Maintenance Team Member Wanted
If your mates reckon you’re the one they call when they need something built, fixed or finished properly, we’d like to meet you.
Our local property maintenance company is growing and we’re looking for another skilled team member to join us.
Work is between Caboolture and Chermside Above award wages paid for the right person.
You’ll need:
- Your own reliable vehicle
- Your own basic tools
- A good attitude and strong work ethic
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
You should be competent in:
- Fencing (new and repairs)
- Small carpentry jobs
- Gardening and hedge trimming
- Landscaping
- General property maintenance
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys a laugh, and isn’t afraid to get stuck in. Every day is different, so you’ll never be doing the same thing day in, day out.

Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
Experience:
- Property maintenance: 3 years (Required)
Licence/Certification:
- Full Driver Licence (Required)
- White Card (Preferred)
