We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Packer & Material Handler to join our dispatch team. You'll be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, as well as general material handling around the warehouse — moving, sorting, and storing stock safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Pick items accurately against pick lists / order slips
- Pack orders securely and to brand standard, ready for courier pickup
- Receive, check, and put away incoming stock
- Label and scan orders using our warehouse and courier systems
- Keep the warehouse floor, packing stations, and stock areas clean and organised
- Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or quality issues to your supervisor
- Assist with stocktakes and general warehouse housekeeping
- Follow safe manual handling and workplace safety procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in warehousing, picking/packing, or material handling preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting and manual handling (up to 15–20kg, occasionally more with equipment)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
- Good attention to detail — accuracy matters, we ship a high volume of orders daily
- Own transport preferred given the Mulgrave location

Pay: $26.68 – $31.00 per hour
