The Senior Principal Consultant exists to raise the bar and multiply impact; defining standards, influencing stakeholders, and embedding experience-led adoption as a non-negotiable part of Workday success.
The Senior Principal Consultant is a recognised regional authority in Adoption & Experience. You will lead complex and visible engagements, influence stakeholders at all levels, and act as a practice multiplier—shaping offers, guiding junior consultants, and ensuring A&E consistently delivers measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels on adoption risk, readiness, and ROI—using insight, data, and pattern recognition from prior engagements.
Review adoption performance across client engagement, identifying systemic risks, improvement opportunities, and success patterns.
Play a visible role in sales, pursuits, and orals, helping position A&E as essential to Workday success.
