Senior Property Manager

Full-time | Monday to Friday | 8:30am to 5:00pm
Ruisi Real Estate is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our growing team in Wetherill Park.
This role will involve managing an established portfolio of approximately 220 residential properties, supported by a dedicated Leasing Officer who assists with open homes, application processing and ingoing inspections. This allows the Senior Property Manager to focus on high-level portfolio management, landlord relationships, tenant communication and overall client service.
We are looking for someone experienced, organised and confident who can step into the role, manage the portfolio professionally and become a valued long-term member of our team.
About the role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a residential portfolio of approximately 220 properties
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Managing repairs and maintenance
- Conducting routine inspections and final inspections
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- NCAT matters where required
- Insurance claim processing
- General day-to-day portfolio management and communication
- Working closely with our Leasing Officer and internal support team
About you
The successful applicant will ideally have:
- Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Confidence dealing with landlords, tenants and trades
- Good knowledge of NSW property management legislation
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently and work as part of a team
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
