The Opportunity

TikTok is being treated as a standalone growth engine, not just another channel. You will play a key role in driving cultural relevance, revenue, and global expansion. You’ll take full ownership of the platform, leading strategy through to execution, and shaping how the brand shows up.
The Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the TikTok channel as a core commercial and brand lever
- Drive brand presence, cultural impact, and revenue growth
- Define and evolve the global TikTok roadmap
- Identify high-impact content opportunities across key audiences
- Stay ahead of trends, platform shifts, and emerging behaviours
- Build and optimise a high-performing organic content engine
- Identify winning creative and scale quickly
- Create a strong feedback loop between content and performance
- Partner with performance teams to scale top-performing creatives
- Ensure all paid content feels native to the platform
- Drive ongoing testing, iteration, and optimisation
