About the Firm
The firm is an established and rapidly growing accounting and advisory firm based in Norwest.
The firm supports a broad range of business clients across accounting, taxation, advisory, structuring and commercial growth. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a highly organised, energetic and proactive professional to support the leadership and broader office.
This is a key position within the business and will suit someone who enjoys responsibility, moves quickly and takes ownership of getting things done.
The Role
Seeking two (2) full time roles
1. 830am - 2:30pm
2. 10am - 6pm
This is not a traditional reception or basic administration role.
You will work closely with the leadership and be responsible for helping the office operate efficiently, anticipating upcoming requirements and ensuring tasks, meetings and priorities are followed through.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing calendars, meetings and appointments
- Coordinating internal tasks, deadlines and follow ups
- Supporting directors and senior staff with daily priorities
- Talking to new and existing clients and being part of the entry point to new inquiries
- Preparing documents, correspondence and meeting materials
- Monitoring outstanding actions and ensuring tasks are completed
- Managing incoming enquiries, calls and client communications
- Coordinating office administration, supplies and general operations
- Assisting with client onboarding and document collection
- Maintaining accurate records, systems and internal processes
- Supporting recruitment, interviews and new employee onboarding
- Identifying issues before they become problems
- Taking responsibility for tasks without needing constant direction
About You
We are looking for someone who is switched on, highly organised and naturally proactive.
You will be someone who can see what needs to be done, plan ahead and take action without waiting to be asked.
You will also bring positive energy to the office and be comfortable working in a busy, professional and fast moving environment.
The successful candidate will have:

- Strong Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Previous experience in administration, executive support, office coordination or professional services
Experience within accounting, finance, legal or professional services will be highly regarded but is not essential.

The position is based at our Norwest office near the metro and is an in person role.
