Your role
In this role, you will lead and support teams to deliver high-quality services while meeting legal and administrative requirements. You will create a positive, ethical workplace where people are encouraged to perform at their best, contribute new ideas, and continuously improve how services are delivered. You will also play a key part in driving strong outcomes for clients and aligning team performance with organisational goals.
A current NSW driver licence is required, along with the ability to travel for work including overnight stays, and to work safely in environments that may involve psychosocial hazards.
What you’ll do
The role may be a Registrar or Deputy Registrar in a court registry and will be required to supervise a team and effectively allocate resources to meet the Department’s requirements. The role may be required to perform some quasi-judicial and procedural functions.

Drive strategies that support organisational change, improve efficiency and enhance service delivery
Support the design and delivery of services that meet the diverse needs of court users
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the judiciary
Ensure compliance with statutory, financial and administrative obligations while performing quasi-judicial functions as required
