We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team based at our Beverley Office.
In this role, you will play an important part in creating a positive customer experience, assisting customers with their equipment needs, processing sales and orders, and supporting the administration functions that keep our various services running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in getting the details right and genuinely enjoys helping people.
A National Police check and evidence of Covid and current flu vaccination is required for this position.
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email and online channels, supporting the sale and supply of mobility and healthcare equipment
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, providing accurate information
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all relevant information is captured and maintained
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve set KPIs, including order processing volumes, data accuracy and call handling
- Effectively use Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to process orders, maintain customer information and support day-to-day operations
- Generate invoices and ensure all records and documentation are accurate and up to date
- Coordinate delivery schedules, communicate with customers and proactively follow up to ensure a positive customer experience
- Process orders, documentation and correspondence through relevant online portals
- Build positive relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams through clear, professional, and helpful communication
- Identify and resolve customer issues where possible, escalating more complex matters appropriately
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administration or customer service role
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- High level of computer literacy, with a strong focus on data accuracy
- Strong written communication, literacy and numeracy skills
- A genuine customer-focused approach, with demonstrated experience delivering exceptional service
- Experience working with ERP systems and handling cash transactions
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy business environment
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to a supportive team

Pay: $52,880.00 – $70,000.00 per year
