Position Details:
Supernormal is thrilled to announce that we are looking for someone to join our senior management team. We are currently seeking to find an enthusiastic and self-motivated Restaurant Manager with a passion for the industry, experience in leadership and a sharp eye for detail.
Main Responsibilities:
- Running smooth and profitable services to a high operational standard
- Driving the recruitment, training and the development of your team
- Ensuring the maintenance of high productivity and good staff morale
- Conducting monthly performance management appraisals
- Writing costed rosters that adhere to budgets
- Building rapport with guests to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business
- Working closely with the kitchen and reservation team in the planning of functions &special events
Requirements
- Relevant qualification or equivalent work experience
- Experience leading service within a high-quality venue.
- In depth knowledge of food and wine
- The ability to control the financial performance of the venue
- We are looking for a generous manager, someone who is willing to share their time, knowledge and love for what they do.
Salary
$75,000 to $85,000 annual base salary
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
