Experienced Barista & Café All-Rounder – Up-State Coffee
Up-State Coffee is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista & Café All-Rounder to join our growing team.
Located within a busy healthcare environment, we are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced café, delivers exceptional customer service, and takes pride in producing consistently great coffee.
About the Role
Preparing high-quality espresso coffee and beverages
Providing friendly and efficient customer service
Food preparation and presentation
Point of Sale (POS) operation and cash handling
Restocking, cleaning, and maintaining café standards
Supporting the team across all areas of café operations
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 year experience as a Barista in a busy café environment
Ability to produce high volumes of quality coffee consistently
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Essential Requirements
Must be available to commence shifts from 6:30am
Availability to work weekdays and occasional weekends if required
Current food handling knowledge
