Best Care Services is seeking 1–2 highly experienced and reliable Disability Support Workers to support a young person with community participation across the Lower North Shore.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a support worker who is confident working with young people with complex support needs and is looking to build a consistent, long-term relationship with a participant and their family.
The right candidate will need to have experience managing complex behaviours, experience with high intensity supports, first aid training and hold competency in administration of medication.
About the Role
The role involves supporting the participant with community participation two afternoons per week. Support will involve community access and activities in the Lower North Shore area.

We are particularly interested in support workers who are looking for a long-term, consistent arrangement. Continuity of care is extremely important, and we are looking for workers who can commit to the regular shifts rather than having different staff members rotate through the role.
