As a Colour Matcher/Lab Technician at Guilda', you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our products. This full-time position is based in our state-of-the-art laboratory facility located in Laverton North, Victoria. You'll be responsible for conducting colour matching and testing procedures to meet our customers' exacting specifications.
What you'll be doing
- Accurately colour match samples to meet client requirements
- Perform laboratory testing procedures to assess product quality and consistency
- Document all test results and maintain detailed records
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with the production team to resolve any colour or quality issues
- Assist with the development of new product formulations
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
What we're looking for
- Relevant qualifications in a scientific or technical field, such as chemistry or laboratory technology
- Proven experience in a colour matching or quality control role, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Proficient in the use of laboratory equipment and testing procedures
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the willingness to suggest process improvements
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
