About the role
Bunge is seeking an experienced administrator to join our regional office in Thevenard on a permanent part-time basis. This role is for 22 hours per week, with flexible start and finish times. Additional hours may be available based on business needs
You would be joining a team of 4 administrators based on the Western Region. Travel for the role may be required on a quarterly basis for training and team building.
Reporting to the Senior Administrator and Thevenard Operations Coordinator, this role will ensure all data is recorded and processed accurately and timely, whilst administration tasks are completed efficiently.
Duties
- Responsible for efficient and courteous customer service
- Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
- Providing effective administrative support for day to day running of the office
- Effective maintenance of all electronic and manual filing and record systems within the office
- Professional solutions focussed approach to internal and external customers
- Assistance with entry of training records into VETtrak
- Stock data entry and daily audits
- Purchase Order Creation
- Setting up and organising of freight to be sent, unpacking and checking deliveries.
- Ordering of consumables and amenities for site
- Accommodation and flight bookings
- Participating in team meetings
About you
- Microsoft Office suite - advanced skills in Excel and Word is desirable
- Computer literacy and the ability to learn new internal systems
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Professional customer service experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a busy environment and multi-task
