We are currently recruiting a HR & Payroll Specialist, reporting to the HR Manager.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Payroll:
-
Accurate and timely fortnightly end-to-end payroll processing for all employees (160 - 180)
-
Maintain payroll data integrity, compliance and reporting

Employee setup on UKG Ready (time and attendance system) and Payroll Metrics (payroll system)

Preparation of various monthly payroll report

Assisting with Award interpretations, pay rate calculations and or adjustment
Human Resources

Set up and enter new starters, which includes and is not limited to preparing employment contracts, starter packs and compliance for on-boarding administration

End to end recruitment process

Support employees and managers regarding HR-related queries
-
Provide high level guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes

Managing Worker’s Compensation claims and annual premium reviews.
