As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our supportive teams across our Shellharbour and Albion Park centres in NSW, where educators are valued, supported and empowered to create meaningful learning experiences for children.
About the Role
As a Diploma Educator at MindChamps, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality early childhood education and care while supporting children’s individual learning, development and wellbeing.
Working collaboratively with a passionate team of educators, you will contribute your knowledge, experience and ideas to create engaging learning environments where children feel respected, confident and inspired to explore, learn and grow.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning, implementing and evaluating high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Supporting children’s learning and development through intentional teaching practices and meaningful interactions.
- Creating inspiring learning environments that encourage curiosity, creativity and confidence.
- The ability to foster strong, respectful and meaningful relationships with children, families and team members.
- Contributing to observations, documentation and reflective practice.
- Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and National Quality Standards.
- Contributing to a positive culture of teamwork, professionalism and continuous improvement.
What we are looking for
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Diploma Qualified Educator who is committed to delivering excellence in early childhood education and creating meaningful learning experiences for children.
You will have:
- A completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent qualification).
- Current and valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards.
- A commitment to providing high-quality education and care.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a professional team environment.
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
- A desire to continue growing professionally through ongoing learning and development.
