Tugun Market Co
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Café Manager to support our café team and help deliver the high standards Tugun Market Co is known for. This is a hands-on role where you’ll set the tone, drive quality, and create a great experience for both customers and staff, supporting the cafe with day-to-day supervisor duties.
What you’ll be doing:
- Overseeing daily café operations, including service areas
- Leading, training, and mentoring the café team
- Ensuring quality, consistency, and high standards across coffee, food, and customer service
- Support with rosters, stock control, and ordering
- Working closely with management to grow the café and ensure an excellent standard of service for customers
- Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards
What we’re looking for:
2 years Barista experience is preferred, with a technical knowledge of machine and grinder maintenance and cleaning
- Strong background in café or hospitality management
- Passion for coffee, food, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Great leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and support a team
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive and hands-on approach
