About the role
You’ll play a key part in our operations, ensuring customer orders are loaded accurately, safely, and efficiently. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work and being part of a supportive team.
Key responsibilities

Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently

Optimise loading areas to improve workflow

Secure loads correctly to ensure safe transport

Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely

Pick and pack shed orders
-
Support load scanning and IT initiatives
-
Work closely with the Transport Manager, Loading Supervisor, and OH&S team
-
Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
-
Assist team members as required

Perform overtime when needed
-
Undertake other reasonable duties as directed
Working Arrangement: Monday to Friday 3:30am -11:30am
What We’re Looking For

Forklift licence (essential)
-
Experience loading metal products (highly regarded)

Confident operating overhead gantry cranes

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Able to lift up to 20kg repetitively

Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
-
Good communication and organisational skills

Able to work independently and follow instructions
