About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join our luxury vehicle service team. This is a key customer-facing role for a professional who thrives on delivering a premium service experience and has the technical knowledge to support high-end and high-performance vehicles. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and the workshop, ensuring every service and repair is handled efficiently, accurately, and in line with the expectations of our prestige brands.
In this role you will:

Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships

Accurately diagnose, communicate, and manage customer service needs in line with manufacturer standards

Liaise between customers and the workshop to schedule and manage service and repair work efficiently
-
Mentor and support junior service advisors to maintain high-quality service delivery
-
Manage workshop workflow and ensure all jobs are completed on time and to manufacturer specifications

Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care
-
Maintain a polished, professional, and welcoming service environment

Stay up to date with technical developments, service protocols, and manufacturer processes
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor, preferably within a luxury or prestige automotive environment

Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics
-
Exceptional customer service skills and professional communication abilities
-
Experience mentoring or leading junior team members (preferred)
-
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
-
Positive, professional, and proactive attitude
-
Valid driver’s licence
