We manage paid media for a strong client base spanning ASX-listed companies, government, education, resources, logistics and retail sector. The budgets are significant and the accountability is real.
We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to own campaign delivery across a varied portfolio. You'll be hands-on in the platforms daily, close to the performance data, and trusted to make decisions on where budget is best spent.
What you'll do
- Plan, build, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and Google
- Manage client budgets and pacing, and make confident calls on allocation
- Turn performance data into clear, well-reasoned recommendations
- Shape creative strategy and write ad copy that converts
- Keep clients and internal teams informed with timely, clear communication
- Manage multiple accounts and deadlines without dropping the ball
What you'll bring
- Minimum 3 years' paid media experience (agency background preferred)
- A self-starter who takes ownership of outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Genuine comfort with data and the ability to draw insight from it
- Solid budget management
- Platform expertise in Meta Ads Manager and GA4 (Google Ads a strong advantage)
- Creative thinking and confident copywriting
- Sharp problem-solving and strong time and project management
