About the role
We have two exciting casual opportunities to join our Member Training team and be an active contributor to our Life Saving Clubs and Member Training department.
Role 1: Required from 21 September 2026 to 30 April 2027
Role 2: Required from 9 November 2026 to 26 February 2027
Located at our Port Melbourne Head Office and reporting into the Lead Coordinator – Member Training, these casual positions are focused on the processing and administration functions of the training courses offered by LSV Life Saving Clubs and the Member Training Department.
The roles require excellent attention to detail and exceptional customer service. Tasks include:
- Providing timely and effective administrative support to the member training team, including but not limited to data matching, cleansing of documents, data entry, and data cleansing of key operational databases to ensure system continuity.
- Processing, approving and ensuring both pre and post course information, evidence, and admin occurs through member training processes and other processes where required.
- Assisting with filing and archiving to meet compliance standards, reporting in line with compliance, issuance of award and qualification certificates, and distributing course materials.
- Providing exceptional customer services when responding to member and client enquiries to ensure services meet and exceed expectations.

Experience with multiple software systems and confidence in using Microsoft Office applications

- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and supporting training outcomes
Previous experience and knowledge of water safety, lifesaving, Life Saving Victoria, Surf Life Saving Australia and Royal Life Saving Society Australia is highly regarded.
