Puregreen Lawn & Property Maintenance is looking for an experienced, reliable and passionate subcontractor to service residential and commercial properties across the Northern Rivers region, including aged care and NDIS clients. We're a chemical-free, eco-first business, so you'll be working with an operator that takes property presentation and environmental responsibility seriously.
What you'll be doing
- Mowing (push, ride-on), edging and whipper snipping
- Garden maintenance — pruning, hedging, shaping, weeding and general clean-ups
- Mulching, minor planting and small landscaping jobs
- Pressure cleaning of driveways, paths, patios and house exteriors, plus window and gutter cleaning
- Green waste collection and disposal, and storm/debris clean-ups as needed
- Preparing properties for real estate sales, rentals and inspections
- Tree pruning
- Operating, cleaning and maintaining equipment; loading and transporting gear between sites
- Supervising and coordinating junior labourers on site
What we're looking for
- Current ABN and public liability insurance (essential)
- Current National Police Check (or willing to get one)
- Proven experience across mowing, gardening and property maintenance
- Own reliable vehicle/trailer and core tools
- Current driver's licence
- Reliable, well-presented, and comfortable working respectfully around elderly and disability clients, sometimes in occupied homes
- Great attitude and team player are a must
- Willing to complete a pre-start checklist and provide before/after photos on every job
What we expect
Work performed to a professional, industry-standard finish; compliance with WHS, environmental and council requirements; a clean and safe worksite.
Pay: $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
