RECEPTIONIST – Crows Nest | My Cosmetic Clinic
Love a fast-paced clinic environment where every day looks a little different? My Cosmetic Clinic is looking for a Receptionist to join our Crows Nest team.
We're a group of 9 cosmetic clinics across NSW, offering surgical and non-surgical treatments to a loyal, growing client base. Our reputation is built on exceptional patient care - and our front desk is where that experience starts. More at: mycosmeticclinic.net.
What you'll be doing:
- Running a busy switchboard and managing a full appointment book
- Greeting patients and creating a warm first impression
- Scheduling appointments and processing payments
- Entering and updating patient records in Cliniko
- Handling patient enquiries with confidence and discretion
- Keeping the clinic running smoothly day to day
What we're after:
- A people-person with polished phone manner and real customer service instincts
- Someone who thrives under pressure and juggles a busy workload without missing a beat
- Sharp organisational and time management skills
- Confidence with computers and a willingness to learn new systems
- A positive, professional presentation and attitude
- Availability across 9am–5pm, with flexibility for later finishes, occasional weekends, and covering leave
Cliniko experience is a bonus but not essential - we'll train the right person.
Minimum 20 hours per week, casual basis.
