The Opportunity

In this 12 month fixed term contract opportunity, you will manage a variety of white collar recruitment focused on managerial, sales, marketing and support roles. We have a fast paced recruitment approach, all while ensuring a focus on diversity, direct sourcing and an outstanding candidate experience.

What you'll be responsible for
Managing a portfolio of key stakeholders and seeking to understand key requirements and anticipate future needs
Applying creative sourcing strategies by optimising our search tools, building pipelines and developing networks
Applying best practice at all stages of the recruitment cycle
Adhering to key indicators such as time to fill
Focussing on diversity initiatives to ensure balanced shortlists focussed on inherent role requirements
Providing an outstanding candidate and manager experience
What you'll need to be successful
Customer service is key to our role. You will be adept at building relationships with internal stakeholders, candidates and external partners
An ability to effectively manage expectations and challenge the status quo
Able to work at pace i.e. you must demonstrate experience managing effectively across competing priorities
Demonstrated experience in a high volume recruitment environment - blue collar preferred
Able to confidently utilise and navigate an ATS (ours is SuccessFactors)
