Rustica is seeking an experienced senior chef for our cafe in South Yarra.
The successful applicants will have:
- At least 1-2 years demonstrated experience
- Excellent time management and the ability to work within a small team
- Work well under pressure
- A passion for quality presentation and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to maintain standardised recipes
