We are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Gallipoli Barracks, Enoggera. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for candidates with hospitality or events experience who enjoy leading teams, delivering exceptional customer service and working in a structured environment.
- Plan, coordinate and deliver functions and events
- Lead and support team members during service
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and workplace standards
- Support daily dining and hospitality operations
- Ensure high quality service, presentation and customer experience
- Assist with team training and operational compliance
- Experience in hospitality, food service or event supervision
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident communication and leadership ability
- Knowledge of dietary requirements and allergen management
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Current RSA or willingness to obtain
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate or willingness to obtain
- National Police Check or willingness to obtain (company funded)
- Valid driver's licence and full working rights
- $31.31 per hour + superannuation
