An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Energetiks retail management team on a permanent part-time basis.

The Assistant Store Manager is a key leadership position within the retail department, working in close partnership with the Store Manager to maintain operational excellence, build community relationships, and deliver exceptional customer experiences, strong store performance and a positive team culture.
In the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager is expected to independently manage the store whilst maintaining the same high standards of leadership and operational alignment.
Based at our Energetiks store in Croydon NSW, this is a hands-on, customer-facing leadership role, ideal for someone who is passionate about dance and enjoys leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Work in partnership with the Store Manager to:

Create and maintain a high level of customer service and workplace culture
- Coach, develop and motivate your team
- Drive store performance and growth to achieve KPIs
- Build strong relationships with local dance schools, teachers and community
- Office administration, rostering, planning and reporting
- Ensure a proactive approach to store operations, stock management and presentation
- Maintain company policies and procedures
To be successful in this role you will have:

Availability to work part-time on both weekdays and weekends
- A background in dance, including previous experience with classical ballet
- Confident coaching and leading people, management experience an advantage
- Strong administrative skills and confidence with computer systems
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- An enthusiastic, positive and customer focused approach with a genuine passion for dance
