We are currently seeking experienced Food & Beverage / Gaming Attendant’s to join our team on a casual basis.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to join a busy and dynamic venue.
Working across both Food & Beverage and Gaming operations, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring compliance with all gaming and responsible service requirements.
We are specifically seeking candidates with previous gaming experience who can confidently engage with patrons, support gaming operations and contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all areas of the venue
- Provide efficient food and beverage service to guests
- Build positive relationships with patrons and provide a welcoming guest experience
- Monitor gaming areas and ensure compliance with responsible gambling practices
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
About You:
- Previous Gaming Attendant experience (essential)
- Current NSW RSA (required)
- Current NSW RCG (required)
- Current NSW ARCG, Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling (highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of gaming operations and responsible gambling requirements
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
- Flexible availability (nights, weekends and public holidays)
